Beginners  Steadicam™ Training Workshops

The introductory aspects including:

  • Theory of how Steadicam™ works

  • Basic set up of the system

  • Basic Operating Techniques

  • Tricks of the trade

(Suitable for anyone with little or no Steadicam™ experience)

Available in Manchester, UK or contact me to arrange.

What you receive:

I always aim to have one system per student – ensuring everyone has the best chance of learning.

Unlike some workshops where 4 people share 1 system = around 10mins per hour in the rig.

During my workshops you can wear the system as long as you want.

Work at your own pace, equaling a more realistic “on set experience”

Advanced Steadicam™ Training Workshops

“Advanced” covers the advanced aspects including:

  • Advanced technique and set up

  • Working on certain aspects of Steadicam Operating (like Don Juan)

  • Hard Mount on Rickshaw and ATV Quad Bike

  • Understanding a crane Step on and off v ramps

  • Using Gyros to stabilize the sled further

(Suitable for anyone who has used Steadicam™ quite regularly.) Available in Manchester, UK or contact me to arrange.

I can combine the beginners and advanced  Steadicam™ training workshops over 2 days for a fuller one on one session.
